You can find our workshop at the Sai Market Complex in Rangadhipa. We are located quite close to the Government Hospital, so the area always has people moving around. We do fabrication work, which mostly means welding iron and making things for houses or shops. It is a noisy job with all the grinding and cutting going on throughout the day. The shop is full of metal scraps and tools scattered on the workbenches. We have been operating out of this market for a while now. When people need a new grill for their window or a metal door, they usually stop by to ask us for a price. We don't have a catalog or anything like that. We just look at what is needed and start working on it. The heat from the welding torch makes the shop very warm, especially in the summer months. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. It is a small team of us here, and we have known each other for years. Sometimes the work takes longer if the design is complicated, but we eventually get it finished. Most of our customers are from the local Rangadhipa area or the villages nearby. We don't do much advertising; people just see our sign at the market and come in. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
