It’s a bit unusual for a steel company to be in such a rural spot, but that’s just how it is for us. The office is basically a house. It belongs to the family of Bhandi Bhima. Working from a village means life is a bit slower and more connected to the land. We don’t have fancy air conditioning or sleek furniture. It’s just wooden tables and old ceiling fans.
