Srmb Srijan Ltd is set up here in Berhampur. We are specifically on New Bus Stand Road, over in Bauikuntha Nagar 2nd Lane. It’s a different pace here in Ganjam compared to the big cities. The building is just a regular spot where Srikanta Kumar Panda and the rest of us handle the daily operations. Being near the bus stand means it’s always lively around here. There’s a lot of dust and movement, but that’s just part of the environment. We’ve been at this Orissa location for a while. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s functional. We have our files, our computers, and our coffee. We focus on getting through the workload without making much of a fuss. The local people know where we are. It’s easy to find if you know the landmark. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We work, we talk to people who come by, and we try to stay on top of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out, and we just wait it out or find something else to do. It’s a practical way of living and working. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. Just a local office doing what needs to get done every day. There is a lot of back and forth with the paperwork, and the phone rings more than we’d like, but it keeps us busy. We are just local people trying to make things work in our own way here.
