Sanagochha is basically a group of us farmers who live around here. We’ve been working these fields for a long time. It’s not easy work and there are plenty of days where things don’t go as planned. Maybe a pump breaks or the birds get into the seeds. We started this company because it’s better than trying to do everything alone. When we need to buy things for the farm, we do it together now. It saves us a bit of money and a lot of headaches. We aren't trying to be some big business with a polished image. We’re just the same people you see at the local market or walking the paths between the fields. Ganjam has its own way of doing things and we fit right into that. We focus on our crops and making sure the harvest is sorted out properly. Sometimes we have meetings to figure out who is planting what so we don't all grow the same thing at once. It’s a practical way to live. We just keep our tools sharp and our eyes on the weather. That is pretty much how things go for us every day.
