Out here in Gandalahinjilicut, we keep things pretty straightforward. Bhusakti Agro Foods operates out of the house belonging to Nanda Kishore Panda. It’s not some big glass building in the city; it’s just where we get our work done. We focus on food and agriculture because that’s the lifeblood of this part of the country. There is always something to do, whether it is sorting out supplies or talking to the local growers. The days are long, especially when the harvest time rolls around, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re small, and we like it that way because we can actually talk to people face-to-face. Sometimes the rain doesn't cooperate or the market prices are all over the place, but we just keep pushing forward. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just trying to provide decent agro-food options from our corner of the world. It’s about the soil and the crops and making sure things are handled right.
