Balaji Steel & Co.

Balaji Steel & Co. is located in the Bahrampur Taluka within the Ganjam district. We’ve been working with steel in this region for a long time now. Our shop is a bit off the main path, but people find us when they need materials for building or repairs. It’s a dusty place because of all the metal moving around. We have stacks of bars and sheets piled up in the yard. Most of our work is just cutting things to size and loading them onto trailers. It’s hard on the back, but we’re used to it. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we have, you just walk through the yard with us. The weather in Ganjam can be tough, especially when it’s raining, but we keep the operations going as best as we can. We are just local people working with a local product. There are no big speeches or mission statements here. We just wake up, open the gates, and see what the day brings. Sometimes we have a lot of customers at once and things get a bit slow, but we get to everyone eventually. We appreciate the people who have been coming to us for years. It’s a simple business built on hard work and staying put in one place. We don't bother with much else besides the daily metalwork.
