Vishakha Polyfab (P) Ltd

Out here in Village Vadsar, at Block No.549/2, things move at a bit of a different pace than in the city, but the factory is always humming. At Vishakha Polyfab (P) Ltd, we are mostly focused on the production line. The machines take up a lot of space, and there is a constant sound of plastic being processed. It is physical work, and the team here is mostly local people who know how to handle the equipment. We spend our shifts making sure the quality is decent and that the rolls of fabric or whatever we are making that day are coming out right. Vadsar is a quiet place otherwise, so the factory is a big part of the daily life around here. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just write down our output on clipboards and make sure the trucks are loaded properly before they head out to the main road. The office is just a small room off to the side where we keep the logs and take our tea breaks. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a new part, and everything stops while we figure it out. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a plant. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to keep at it, just doing the work and looking after the machines.
