We’ve been based in Kalol for a long time, and most people around here know where we are. The facility is pretty large, filled with molds and big plastic pieces that eventually become tanks or other things people use in their homes. It’s quite a sight when everything is running at once. There’s a lot of heat involved in the process, so the factory floor gets pretty stuffy, especially in the middle of the day. We’ve got a lot of workers who have been with us for decades, and they know the machines better than anyone. It’s not a quiet place to work. Between the clanking of the metal molds and the forklifts moving around, you have to raise your voice to be heard. The office side of things is a bit calmer, but there’s always someone coming in with a question or a problem to solve. We don’t go for anything fancy in our workspace—just plain desks and plenty of files. We deal with plastic because it’s useful and lasts, and that’s pretty much how we see our work too. It’s about making things that people actually need for their daily lives. We don’t spend much time on appearances or trying to look modern. As long as the production line is moving and the quality is what it should be, we’re satisfied. It’s a hard-working atmosphere, and we take pride in just getting the job done day after day without any unnecessary drama.
