You can find us out on the Santej-Vadsar Road. We’re in the Santej area, which is part of Taluka Kalol. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s where the work gets done. We handle agro foods, so there is always something happening with crops or processing. Depending on the season, the smells around here change quite a bit. It’s an industrial area, so there are a lot of trucks moving in and out all day long. We don't have a fancy reception area with a receptionist. Usually, if you show up, you’ll just find one of us in the main warehouse or near the loading bay. We’re mostly concerned with making sure the stuff coming in and going out is okay. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when the harvest is coming in. The machinery is loud and it gets pretty dusty, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We’ve been here for years, and we know the local farmers and the drivers pretty well. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just process food and make sure it’s packed up right. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly. It is practical work for practical people. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. As long as the production line is moving, we are doing alright.
