Our workshop is located at 7, Patel Mehta Estate, right on Nagarvel Hanuman Road in Rakhial. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise from the other units and trucks moving around the narrow lanes. We deal with valves of different sizes. Most of our time is spent on the floor, checking parts and making sure everything fits together like it's supposed to. It’s greasy work, and our hands are rarely clean by the end of the shift. We don't have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by to see us, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a job with tools in our hands. We’ve been in this spot for quite a few years now. The estate is old and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We have a few machines that have been with us since the start. They’re reliable, even if they aren’t the newest models out there. We get orders from different places, some small and some a bit bigger. We just focus on getting the valves ready and sent out on time. Sometimes the traffic on Nagarvel Hanuman Road makes deliveries a real headache, but we’ve learned to plan around the rush hours. It’s just us here, a small crew trying to do honest work. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing long emails, mostly we’re just handling the metal and fixing things.
