Royal Dairy Ltd. is situated out by the Khoraj Over Bridge, near the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway. The address is Mily Land, which is a good spot for us because we need easy access to the big roads. Since we handle milk and dairy, the trucks are moving in and out at all hours, starting well before the sun comes up. It’s a busy place with plenty of room for all the tanks and equipment we use. You won't find it particularly quiet here; there is always the hum of the cooling systems and the sound of vehicles. Khoraj is a little bit on the edge of things, but it works for what we do. Every morning, we are out there checking the milk quality and washing down the floors. It’s physical, sweaty work and it keeps the staff on their toes all day. We don't have any big plaques or mission statements on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars and schedules for the drivers. People here wear heavy boots and aprons because it gets messy, but that is just part of the dairy business. We’ve watched this area change over the years as the highway got busier and more buildings went up. Even with all the growth around us, our routine stays pretty much the same day after day. It is just simple, honest work that keeps us moving forward in this part of Khoraj.
