Swastikbio Organics

You can find us at Plot No. 619/2 in Sector-3C. It is a bit of a quiet area compared to the main city center, which actually suits us just fine. Swastikbio Organics is all about the natural side of things. We spend a lot of time looking at soil and plants and organic inputs. It is not the kind of job where you stay clean all day. Most of us usually have a bit of dirt under our fingernails or on our shoes by lunch. We are out in the plot a lot, checking how things are growing or testing out different organic mixes. It is slow work because nature does not really like to be rushed, no matter how much paperwork you have sitting on your desk. We have a small office on the site too, but it is mostly just for keeping the records straight. We do not go in for all the high-tech stuff you see in some of the big firms. We prefer to do things the old-fashioned way, watching the weather and seeing how the ground feels. Sometimes a crop does not do what we expected, and we have to sit around and figure out why. It is just a lot of trial and error and being patient. We sell our stuff to people who care about how things are grown. It is a small operation, but it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. We like being out here in the sector.
