Trimurti Industries

Trimurti Industries is located at Plot No. 109/7 in the Ravi Industrial Estate over in Bileshwarpura. It is a typical industrial setup with a large metal door and concrete floors that have seen better days. We have several machines running here, and the sound of them humming is something you hear from the moment you walk into the estate. Bileshwarpura is a bit out of the way, so it’s mostly just other factories and workshops around us. We spend our days handling raw materials and turning them into whatever the current order requires. There is a lot of oil and grease around the machines, so our hands are rarely clean. We have a small corner with a table where we sit down to have our meals and talk about the work. The roof is made of corrugated sheets, so when it rains, it gets incredibly loud inside, and we have to shout to hear each other. We don't have a fancy office staff; the same people who run the machines are usually the ones who talk to the truck drivers and sign the delivery notes. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the night fixing it. We just take things as they come and try to keep the production moving so we don't fall behind on our schedule. It is a simple life of making things and moving them out.
