Swarnagouri Foods

Swarnagouri Foods is tucked away at Plot No-2 on the Gandhinagar Main Road in Rajatagiri. We are very close to the Shri Ishwar Temple, which is a big landmark around here. If you’re driving down the main road, you might miss our entrance if you aren't looking closely because there’s a lot of greenery in the way. We deal with food items, so the kitchen area is where everything happens. It’s always warm in there and smells like whatever we are cooking that day. We use recipes that have been around for a long time. There are about six of us working here most days. We don't use big automated machines for everything because we like to keep an eye on things manually. It takes more time but we think it’s worth the effort. The floor is usually covered in flour or bits of grains by noon, but we clean it all up before we head out for the day. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy emails for us. We just answer the phone when it rings. Most of our customers are locals from around Gandhinagar who know where we are. Sometimes we get people coming from further away because they heard about us from a neighbor. We just try to keep the quality consistent. It's a small business and we like it that way. No big drama, just making food and keeping busy every day.
