Aswini Food Product

Out here in Kalamasari, specifically in Parthasa Nagar, you will find our place where we handle all the Aswini Food Product work. It is not some big corporate factory, just a local spot where we get things ready every day. The morning air usually smells like whatever we are processing that day, which is nice. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and making sure the equipment is ready to go. There are usually bags and boxes stacked up near the entrance waiting to be moved out. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, but you get the usual sounds of the city throughout the afternoon. We have a few people who have been working with us for years, so we all know how the machines sound when they are running right. If something breaks, we usually fix it ourselves. It is a lot of manual work, lifting things and packing them up by hand. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see who it is. We try to keep things moving so the products stay fresh. Sometimes the logistics of getting things delivered from Parthasa Nagar can be a headache with the traffic, but we manage. It is just a regular food business run by regular people who care about what they are doing. No more, no less.
