Being located in Sector 25 of the GIDC area means we are surrounded by other industries and warehouses. Advance Mfg. Systemsn (I) Pvt. Ltd. is right here in the Software Technology Park, specifically at A/78/7/5/A. It’s an industrial vibe through and through. We focus on manufacturing systems, so there’s often a lot of talk about hardware and software integration. The air around here always smells a bit like dust and machinery, which is just part of the job. Our office isn't a place for suits and ties. Most of us wear comfortable clothes because we might need to go look at a machine or crawl under a desk at any moment. It’s a practical environment. We have been working on these systems for quite a while now, and we’ve seen how much things have changed since the early days. We don't have a marketing team to write fancy brochures, so we just tell people what we do plainly. Sometimes the internet is slow, and sometimes the power flickers, but we manage. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a dedicated group of people who understand how manufacturing works and how to make the systems run a bit better. Lunch is usually a shared affair in the small break room. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our daily reality and we are quite content with how things are going here in the estate. It keeps us busy.
