You can find Agile Machineries Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No 555/4, just behind Gulab Singtel on the Science City Santej Road. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it’s where we do all our building and assembly. We make different kinds of machines here. It’s not a quiet job at all. There’s usually some welding or assembly noise going on in the background. We started out small and stayed that way for the most part because it's easier to manage. The team here knows each other well. We don’t bother with suits or ties. Most days we are in our work clothes, covered in a bit of grease or metal dust. The road outside has seen a lot of changes over the years with more buildings popping up, but our shop stays pretty much the same. We have our daily routine. We start early, get the coffee going, and check the list of what needs to be finished. It’s a lot of physical labor and figuring out how to make things work better. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to handle social media. If the machines work well, people tell their friends, and that’s enough for us. It’s a practical business. We focus on the nuts and bolts and try to keep things moving. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without fail.
