Starting out here at Panchratna Industrial Estate was quite a thing back when we first moved into units one through five. It is right off the Sarkhej-Bavla Highway in Changodar, which makes the morning commute pretty straightforward for most of the crew coming from Sanand or the city. We spend most of our days dealing with composite materials, which is messy work but someone has to do it. The shop floor stays busy and there is usually a lot of noise from the machines running. We don't really have fancy offices or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets a bit much, especially out here on the highway, but we just keep at it. Our neighbors in the estate are mostly similar setups, so everyone kind of knows each other. You see the same faces at the local tea stall during the breaks. We have been in this spot for a while now and know the layout like the back of our hands. It is not always perfect, things break down and we have to fix them on the fly, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. We just focus on what is right in front of us. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, and that is usually the highlight of the day. It's a simple life out here in Sanand, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine we've built over the years.
