Our place, Epfilon Battery Pvt. Ltd., is located near Babla in the Kalyangarh area. It's a bit out of the main city buzz, which is nice because we have the space we need for the batteries. Working with batteries is heavy work. There is always something to move or check on. We have a small crew here who knows their way around the shop floor. We don't spend much time in suits or doing fancy meetings. Mostly, we are in our work clothes, making sure the production is going okay. The building itself is pretty plain, just a regular industrial setup that does what it needs to do. Sometimes the road to get here gets a bit bumpy after the rains, but we're used to it. We've been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it’s important. People need power and they need it to be reliable. We try not to overcomplicate things here. We just show up, do the work, and go home. If someone stops by with a question, one of us will usually be around to answer it. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We don't have a big corporate ladder, just a few people who have been working together for a long time and know how things should be done. It's just a regular local business.
