You’ll find us at Plot No. 28-a in the Changodar Industrial Estate. Changodar is a bit out of the main city, so it’s a bit quieter than the central areas, but it’s still a busy hub for manufacturing. Our facility isn't some high-tech marvel with glass walls. It’s a solid, older building that’s seen a lot of work over the years. We focus on bearings, and that means a lot of precision, but our daily life is pretty messy. There’s oil on the floor and the smell of metal everywhere. We don't have a marketing department to write fancy stories about us. We’re just a group of people who understand how these parts need to fit together. Most of our day is spent at the benches or monitoring the equipment. We have a small area for tea breaks where we talk about the local cricket scores or family stuff. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, even when we’re behind on an order. We don't believe in stressing out over things we can't control, like a delayed shipment or a broken machine. We just fix it and move on. We’ve been part of this industrial estate for a long time, and we know our neighbors well. It’s a good community of makers, and we’re happy to be part of it. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
