The Shiv Regency

This place is located in Muzaffarpur, right in the Nayatola area. We are tucked away on Speaker Lane in a building called Pushpalaya. It is a part of Bihar that stays quite active throughout the day. The hotel isn't one of those massive glass buildings you see in the big metros, it is more of a local spot where people stay when they have work in town or are visiting family. We have different rooms and we spend a lot of our time making sure things are clean and ready for whoever shows up. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with rickshaws and people walking by, but that is just how it is around here. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we know the neighborhood well. It is a straightforward setup. We have a front desk where someone is usually sitting, even if they are just catching up on some news. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just us running the place day to day. If someone needs a room or a place to sit for a bit, they find us. We try to keep the water running and the lights on without any trouble. It is a regular business in a busy part of Bihar. We have been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. It is not a fancy life, but it is our work and we do it.
