The Shiv Regency, Gandhidham

We started this place a while back. Even though we are named after Gandhidham, our main office or contact point is right here in Muzaffarpur at Nayatola. It's on Speaker Lane. It’s just a regular building, Ravi Shrivastwa Pushpalya. Most people just call us or drop by when they need something. We handle things for the Regency from here. It gets a bit busy some days, but we manage. My family has been around Bihar for ages, so setting up here made sense for us even if the business work is elsewhere. It’s not a fancy office or anything. Just desks, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the tea guy comes late, and we just have to wait. We don't really do the big corporate thing. If you need to find us, just look for the lane near the main road. It's a quiet spot most of the time. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big signs out front really. Just the name on the door. It works for us. People who know us know where to go. We've had some ups and downs like anyone else. Gandhidham is where the actual hotel stuff is, but the heart of our administration is right here in this house in Bihar. It might seem a bit odd to some, but that's how we set it up years ago. We deal with the phones and the bookings and all that. It's a living.
