Our office is right over in Ward 12/C in Lilashah Nagar, which is a pretty well-known part of Gandhidham in the Kutch area. Being Shiva Industrial Security Agency (Guj) Pvt Ltd, we spend most of our time dealing with the everyday reality of keeping sites safe. It’s not always exciting work, to be honest. A lot of it is just checking schedules and making sure the right people are at the right gates at the right time. We’ve been operating out of this Gandhidham address for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the way things move around here. The 370 201 pin code area can get quite dusty and hot, especially in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the paperwork. We don’t really do big fancy advertisements or anything like that because most people find us through word of mouth or just seeing our guards out and about. We have a small team in the office handling the phones and the payroll. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files stacked up, but it works for what we need. We aren't some giant corporation with a thousand layers of management; we just try to be straight with people and make sure the jobs get covered. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find one of us drinking tea and looking over a shift roster for the next week.
