So, we are over here at Shankar Colony in Mhow. Being at U S Pizza is mostly about the rush during lunch and dinner. It's a busy spot in Telikheda. As the manager and staff, we spend a lot of time making sure the ovens are hot and the toppings are fresh. It isn't always easy, especially when the orders pile up on a Friday night. We've got a small team here. We know each other well. The kitchen gets pretty warm, and we're always moving. The building at number 16 isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We see a lot of the same faces from the colony coming in for a bite. It’s nice to have regular customers who don't need to look at the menu anymore. We just get to work when they walk in. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery bike having a flat tire or a soda machine acting up, but we just fix it and keep going. It’s just a normal restaurant job in M.P. We don’t do anything too fancy, just pizza and some sides. The floor needs mopping constantly because of the foot traffic. We try to keep things tidy, but it's a working kitchen. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night when we finally close the shutters. We usually have some music playing in the background to keep our spirits up during the slow hours in the afternoon. That's when we do most of the prep work, chopping veggies and getting the dough ready.
