Quality Inn Kandla (By Choice Hotels India)

Quality Inn Kandla might sound like it’s somewhere else, but our office address is actually at Flat No-205 in the Bhubasan Apartment. That’s on Nandalal Bithi Road in the City Centre area of Durgapur, West Bengal. It’s a bit of an unusual setup, being in an apartment building, but it works for what we need to do. We handle the business side of things from here. It’s a regular office space with desks, chairs, and the usual paperwork you’d expect from any business. Being in Durgapur’s City Centre means there’s always something happening outside, but up in Flat 205, it stays fairly quiet so we can focus on our tasks. We aren't a big corporate office with a lobby. People usually call us or we handle things through email. We don't have any fancy posters or a lot of branding around the place. We just focus on the administrative tasks for the hotel side of things. Some days are just spent on the computer for hours, and other days we’re sorting out logistics. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. We try to be practical and just get through the daily work list. It’s a straightforward operation in a busy part of West Bengal. We’ve been here for a while and it’s become our second home, really. We just keep things moving along every day.
