S. M. Glass Industries

Our workshop is at 2 Azad Nagar, in Village Deedamai along Asfabad Road. It’s a bit outside the main city center, which gives us a little more space to breathe. We’ve been focusing on glass production and processing here for a few years. It started as a small shed and slowly grew as we took on more work. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but we don't mind much. Most of the people working here are from the village or the surrounding areas. We’re a tight-knit group. We don't use any complicated business jargon. We just talk about the glass, the measurements, and the delivery times. The machinery we use isn't brand new, but we keep it in good shape ourselves. It’s a practical operation where everyone knows their job. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during lunch to get away from the noise of the machines. We deal with various glass needs for the local market. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't have a big corporate office or a sales team. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the gate and ask for me. We’ve stayed in Deedamai because the rent is fair and the community is good. We just keep doing what we know, one sheet of glass at a time. The work doesn't change much from day to day, but we prefer the consistency. It keeps the business running smoothly and our families fed for the long term.
