We are located at 574 on the ground floor of Kanishka Residency in Sector-35. It is a nice spot here in Faridabad and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they need help with their travel plans. Even though the name Yatra.Com is big, this specific office is just a small part of it. We have a few computers and some chairs for people to sit while we look up flights or trains for them. The residency is a pretty quiet place compared to the main market areas, so we don't have to deal with too much noise during the day. We have some regular customers from the apartments nearby who come to us instead of trying to book things online themselves. They like talking to a real person and we don't mind the company. The office doesn't have much decoration, just some calendars on the wall and a few pens on the desk. We keep it practical. We spend our time checking routes and prices and trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It’s a steady job and we like the routine of coming into the residency every morning. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just helping folks get their tickets and get on with their trips.
