Omnia Bpo Services Ltd.

Omnia Bpo Services Ltd is based in House Number 7, Sector 18, which is over in Faridabad. It is a residential sector so the surroundings are mostly other houses and some local parks. We converted the ground floor into our workspace. It is a bit of a tight fit with all the computers and headsets we have set up. We do business process outsourcing, which basically means we spend our whole day on the phones or typing away at data entry tasks. The room stays pretty cool because we have a big old air conditioner that makes a lot of noise. We don't have a fancy canteen, just a small table in the corner where we eat our lunch boxes. The staff here are mostly people from the nearby areas of Faridabad who take the bus or ride their bikes to work. Sector 18 is a nice place but the roads could be better. We have some plants in the front yard that we try to keep alive, though the dust makes it hard. It is a very straightforward operation. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, do our shifts, and head home when the sun goes down. There is a small market nearby where we get our snacks. It is an honest living and we have been doing it this way for quite a few years now.
