You can find Naswiz Holidays Pvt. Ltd. on Neelam Bata Road, inside the Bhadana Bahvan building. It’s a busy stretch of road and there’s always something going on outside. We’ve been working from this office for quite some time. It’s a travel business, which means we spend a lot of our life looking at screens and talking to people about their vacations. The office is usually full of papers and half-empty water bottles. We aren't one of those places with glass walls and uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and get the work done. Planning holidays sounds fun, but it’s actually a lot of double-checking dates and prices. We deal with airlines and hotels all day long. Sometimes they make mistakes and we have to fix them before the customer even notices. It’s a bit of a juggle. Neelam Bata Road is a good spot for us because people can find it easily. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we're just selling a ticket and a place to stay. We like to keep things straightforward. If a hotel is bad, we try not to book it. We've learned a lot over the years about which places are actually good and which ones just look nice in photos. It’s a practical way to run a business. We mostly just drink our tea and keep the phones moving so everyone gets where they need to go on time without a fuss.
