Management Trainee

Our setup for Management Trainee is located in Sector-14 of Faridabad at House Number 1010. Sector 14 is one of those established neighborhoods where everything feels familiar. The house we use is a regular two-story building. We use the ground floor for our training sessions. It is not a corporate training center with glass walls and modern furniture. We have simple wooden tables and plastic chairs. It’s the kind of place where you come to actually learn how to do a job. We get people from all over Faridabad coming here to get some experience. The rooms are a bit small, so it gets crowded when we have a full group. We have a whiteboard that is stained from too much use and a projector that sometimes takes a few tries to start up. There is a small garden in the front where trainees hang out during their breaks. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us managing the daily schedule and the paperwork. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't use big words or complicated theories; we just show people how things work in the real world. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, which helps people stay focused on their tasks. We’ve been running things from this house for a while and it suits our needs perfectly fine without being fancy.
