Taj Holiday

Taj Holiday is run out of House Number 136 in Sector 22, Faridabad. This is a quiet part of town and we like it that way. We aren't a big travel agency with a storefront on the main road. Instead, we work out of this house where it is much more relaxed. We spend our time booking tickets and looking at holiday packages for people who want to get away for a bit. The office has a few maps on the walls and some old calendars. There are three of us working here most days. We drink a lot of tea and talk to customers on the phone. Sometimes people come by to pick up their papers, and we usually have a chat about their travel plans. Sector 22 has a lot of trees and it feels peaceful compared to the busier parts of Haryana. We have a small desk for the computer and a lot of notebooks where we scribble down notes. It is a bit cluttered but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood or friends of friends. It is a small business and we keep things very simple and practical. We don't try to be anything we are not. It’s just us helping people go on trips from our little spot in Faridabad.
