Vcustomer

Vcustomer is situated at Mcf-1606, right on Street-8 in Sanjay Colony, which is part of Sec-23 in Faridabad. Our office is right in the middle of a very residential and busy part of the city. If you walk down the street, you will see a lot of small shops and houses, and we are just one of them. We have several people working here, mostly sitting at long tables with their headsets on. It can get quite loud when everyone is talking at once, but we are used to the noise. The floors are tiled and we try to keep them clean, though dust always finds its way in from the street. We have a small area where we keep our bags and water bottles. The lighting is just standard fluorescent tubes that flick on every morning at eight. There is a lot of typing and clicking going on throughout the shift. We don't have any big corporate signs out front, just the address and the name. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of life in Faridabad. We take our breaks in the alley or at the small tea stall nearby. It is a very simple operation. We focus on getting through the calls and helping whoever is on the other end of the line. It is hard work but it keeps us busy and pays the bills.
