Vcustomer Services India Private Limited, New Delhi

We are over here at House Number 237 in Sector-18, Faridabad. It's a busy spot, mostly just people on computers and phones all day long. Vcustomer Services India Private Limited is the name on the door, but we just call it the office. Being near New Delhi means there is always something happening, though Faridabad has its own rhythm. The rooms get a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We started out small and stayed that way for a bit before more people joined the team. Most of the time, we are just answering questions or sorting out issues for folks who call in. It is not glamorous work, and the chairs could probably use an upgrade, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, and we all just take a break outside for a minute. You can find us easily enough if you know the sector. We’ve got some desks, some old files, and a lot of coffee mugs sitting around. It’s a regular place with regular people working hard. We don't have fancy decorations or a big lobby. Just a door and a bunch of desks where we sit and talk to people on the other end of the line. It feels like a second home for most of us by now, even with the flickering lights and the noisy street outside. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
