Our office is tucked away in Sainik Colony, over in Sector 49. It's a decent area of Faridabad, fairly quiet compared to some other parts of the city. We’ve been at C 988 for a while now. Being in the hospitality business means there is always something going on. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer, trying to get everything lined up for people's trips and stays. It’s not always easy, especially when things change at the last minute, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't some massive chain where you can't talk to a real person. We’re just a small group working here in Haryana. Some of us have lived in Faridabad our whole lives. We know the 121001 zip code like the back of our hands. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a big PR department. Most people who come to us are looking for something specific and they know we’ve been around the block a few times. The office gets a bit cluttered with papers and files sometimes, but that’s just a sign that we’re working. We try to keep things honest and tell people how it is. Hospitality can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it’s what we do. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation here at Vci Hospitality and we're used to the pace of it.
