V Customer

You can find us on the 2nd floor of building number 71 here in Faridabad. We’ve been based in this 121003 zip code area for quite some time now. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which can be pretty chaotic during the morning rush. The office at V Customer is basically just a big open space where we handle all the incoming queries and client stuff. It’s not very fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of computers that stay on all day. We have a small stairwell that everyone uses, and it’s a good way to wake up in the morning. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we make do with some fans. We don't spend money on expensive decor or anything that isn't necessary. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so the lunchroom conversation is usually about local news or family stuff. We just try to get through the queue of work as efficiently as we can. It’s a straightforward job and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else. We are just here to do the work and make sure the customers get what they need. It is a no-nonsense environment where we value getting things done correctly over looking professional.
