Our office for Udaan India Pvt. Ltd. is located in the New Tilpat Colony area, which is part of Sector 37 here in Faridabad. Specifically, we are at 111/4. It’s a busy neighborhood in Haryana. We deal with a lot of paperwork and people coming in to get their documents sorted out. The office isn't very big, so it gets a bit crowded during the middle of the day. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of folders everywhere. It’s a very practical kind of place. We’ve been in this part of India for quite a while now. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain floods the roads. We don't use any fancy systems, just standard computers and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not like those high-rise offices you see in the movies. It’s just a regular building in a regular colony. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking forms. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. People know us in the colony as the place where the documents get handled. We don't really do any big advertising or anything. People just find us at this address when they need us. That is the way we like to operate.
