Triple Nine Restaurant

Triple Nine Restaurant is located at 2J/112 in the N.I.T. area of Faridabad. It’s a busy part of town and we are right in the middle of it. The 121001 pin code is home to a lot of small shops and we are just one of them. Our kitchen starts up early in the morning because there is always something to prep. We don't have a massive menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we know how to cook well. The tables are simple and we try to keep the floors swept as much as we can with people coming in and out all day. It gets hot back in the kitchen, but we have a rhythm down. The staff is just a few local guys who know how to work hard. We don't have a social media manager or anyone to take pretty pictures of the food. If the food is good, people come back, and that has worked for us so far. We see a lot of office workers during lunch and then families come by in the evening. It’s a loud place sometimes with the sounds of the street coming through the door. We just focus on serving the plates and making sure nobody leaves hungry. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living in Haryana.
