Travel Safe India has been based at 1A/48 N.I.I in Faridabad for several years now. When we first opened, we weren't sure how it would go, but people in the neighborhood really needed help getting from place to place. Travel can be a headache, especially with how busy the roads get around here. We spend our days looking at maps and checking schedules to make sure things run as they should. It’s not always easy. Sometimes there are delays or things change at the last minute, but we just deal with it as it comes. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of tea. We’re right here in the heart of the community, so people often just drop by instead of calling. We know the regulars by their voices now. It’s a modest operation, and we like it that way because we can actually talk to the people we’re helping. We aren’t some big internet company where you can’t find a real person. We are right here in N.I.I, and you can see us working through the window most days. We just want to make sure folks get where they need to go without too much trouble. It’s straightforward work, and we take it one day at a time, trying to keep things moving for everyone. We handle the bookings and the stress so you do not have to.
