Travel Assistance Bureau

Our small office is located at 1/A-26 in NIT Faridabad. The pin code is 121001. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. NIT is a busy area with lots of shops and people moving around. We don’t have a big neon sign or anything like that. It’s just a simple bureau where we help people with their travel plans. Whether it’s getting a ticket or figuring out a route, we sit down and do it. The office is quite small, just enough room for a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. It can get a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have a small cooler that helps. We aren’t a big travel agency with fancy brochures and TV screens. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. They trust us because we tell them things straight. We don’t try to sell them expensive packages they don’t need. It’s just about getting them from one place to another without too much trouble. We drink a lot of chai during the day and talk about the news. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through some papers or on the phone with a railway office.
