Thomson Reuters India Pvt Ltd has an office at H.No.1568/A in Sec-29, Faridabad. It is a residential house that we have set up for our work here in Haryana. We deal with a lot of data and news information, so we are mostly staring at our computer screens throughout the day. The office is quite simple and doesn't have any of the bells and whistles you might find in a big city building. We have a few desks and some basic office supplies. Sector-29 is a nice enough place to be, and it is usually pretty quiet around our house. We can hear the birds in the morning and the sound of the local vendors passing by in the afternoon. We don't really have meetings with outside people here; it is mostly just our small team getting through the workload. We have a small kettle for making tea and coffee, which we use quite a lot. The work can be a bit repetitive, but we all get along well and help each other out when things get busy. We don't have any big company signs out front, so it just looks like any other house on the street. We just keep our heads down and focus on the information we are processing. It is a steady routine and we have become part of the neighborhood over the years we have been here.
