The Taco Maker Restaurant

Down in Faridabad, over in the village of Mewla Maharaj Pur, you’ll find us. Our address is P.O. Amar Nagar, and the PIN is 121003. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from around this part of Haryana, but it’s home to us. The Taco Maker Restaurant isn't some fancy chain you’d see in a big mall in Delhi. We are right here in the village, working out of a kitchen that gets pretty hot when the stoves are all going. Most of our days are spent chopping vegetables, prepping meat, and making sure we have enough supplies for the day. It’s a lot of manual labor and it can be tiring, but it's what we do. We don't have a team of marketing people or a big fancy menu with professional photos. We just write down what we have and cook it up. The building we are in is simple, and we spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush. It’s a local spot where people from the neighborhood stop by. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when it's busy, and we might run out of something, but we just handle it. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in India. We are just a restaurant in Faridabad trying to get through the day and serve some food to whoever walks in. It’s a basic life, but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
