The Bristol Hotel Gurgaon

This office is actually located at Hno. 2793 F.C.A in the N.I.T area of Faridabad, even though our name says Gurgaon. It’s one of those things where the main business is in one city but we handle a lot of the back-office stuff and support from this location in Faridabad. The house number is 2793, and it’s a pretty standard building for the N.I.T neighborhood. We have a few rooms set up with computers and phones where we deal with reservations, billing, and all the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps a hotel running. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we’ve made this space our own over the years. It’s not a hotel lobby, so don’t expect any velvet chairs or fancy lights here. It’s just us and our desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the team over in Gurgaon, making sure everything is synced up. The area around F.C.A is always bustling with people and local markets, so there’s never a dull moment when we step outside for a break. We keep things pretty informal in the office; we’re just a group of people trying to keep the paperwork organized. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks for the day and try to make sure no mistakes happen with the bookings. It’s a practical way to work.
