Thakkar Brothers

We’ve been running things here at Thakkar Brothers for a good while now. Our shop is located at units 27 and 28 in the Laxmi Rattan Market area of Nit. It’s a busy spot, and most days we are just busy keeping up with whatever comes through the door. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular shop where we try to keep things organized and help out the folks who stop by. Being in Nit means we see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice. We started out small and just kept going because that’s what you do. The market has changed over the years, more shops opening up and people moving around, but we stay put in our corner. Usually, one of us is around to handle the inventory or talk to someone about what they need. We don't spend much time on fancy office work or anything like that. It's more about the actual items on the shelves and making sure the shop stays open on time. Sometimes the market gets a bit loud or crowded, but that’s just how it goes here. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We don't have a big corporate team or anything, just the people you see when you walk into Shop No. 27-28. It’s straightforward work. We deal with what’s in front of us and try to make sure everything is where it should be. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We hope people find what they need.
