Our shop is 2A/11 over on Deep Chand Bhartia Marg, right in the heart of the New Industrial Town. It is pretty easy to spot because we are right opposite the Animal Hospital. You can often hear the dogs barking or see people bringing their pets in while we are busy working on our machines. Main Sarurpur Road is always busy with tractors and trucks, so there is a lot of noise and movement. The shop itself is a bit small for all the equipment we have, but we make it work. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer months, so we keep the big doors open to get a breeze. We have got a small crew here, and we have all been working together for years. We do not really have a fancy office; it is mostly just a corner with a table and some chairs where we talk to customers. There is usually some grease on the floor and tools scattered around, but that is just how an industrial shop looks. We handle a lot of different small jobs for people in the neighborhood. It is a lot of manual labor and standing on our feet all day. We do not bother with much polish or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to get it done right so people come back next time.
