A.V. Traders is situated in Sehatpur, specifically in Surya Vihar Part 2, which is part of Sector 91. Our exact spot is in Sanjay Colony 1. It’s a bit of a detailed address, but once you are in the colony, it’s easier to navigate. A very good landmark near us is the Mata Sundri Devi Public School. You can often hear the school bell or the kids during their break times. Sehatpur is a growing area, and things are changing around here quite a bit. Our workplace is very basic. We deal with traders and local stuff every day. There is no big reception desk or shiny floors here. It’s just a place where we keep our files and sit down to talk. The roads in Surya Vihar can be a bit dusty depending on the season, but it's okay. We are used to the noise of the school and the traffic from the main part of Sector 91. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we know the people around the colony quite well. It feels like a very local, neighborhood business. We don't bother with much marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the orders and the daily stock. It’s a simple building, nothing too tall or modern. If you find the school, you are basically right there. We just keep things practical and honest.
