We are located at No-2040 in Sector-7/D. It is an industrial area, so the whole block has a similar look to it. Our place has been here for years, and you can definitely tell we work with rubber just by the smell when you walk through the door. It is a distinct scent that stays on your clothes long after you leave. The building is split up into a work area and a small section for the administrative stuff. It is not the cleanest place because of the nature of the materials we use, but we try to keep the pathways clear. We spend our days managing the production and checking the quality of what comes off the line. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done carefully. Most of us have been here a long time, so we know the machines inside and out. We do not have a big sign outside, just the number on the gate. It is usually pretty quiet inside except for the sound of the equipment running. We do not do much in terms of fancy presentations. If someone needs to see what we do, they just walk into the back. We have a few old fans that help with the heat, but it still gets stuffy. It is just a plain, honest factory where we put in our hours and go home to our families.
