Jai Durgey Stainless Steel

Shop No. 1 on Mohna Road is where we spend most of our days. We are quite close to the IMT area, so there’s a lot of industrial energy around us. Jai Durgey Stainless Steel is a place where we deal with all kinds of stainless steel items. It might be kitchenware for some or industrial sheets for others. The shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. There are stacks of plates and containers, and sometimes bigger pieces of steel leaning against the walls. The road outside is usually busy with motorcycles and trucks heading toward the industrial hub. It gets hot in the summer, especially with all the metal reflecting the light, so we keep a couple of old fans running all day. We aren't big on fancy talk. We just show people what we have and tell them the price. A lot of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us since we opened. We know which local tea stall has the best snacks, and that’s usually where we head when things get a bit slow in the afternoon. It’s a straightforward business. We don't try to overcomplicate things. If someone needs a specific gauge of steel, we find it for them. That’s how we’ve always run the shop on Mohna Road.
