Our place is at 6601 Block F in Sanjay Colony, which is in Sector-23 of Faridabad. It is an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around in the background. The building we are in is quite old and sturdy, made of dark brick and concrete that has weathered many seasons. We have a fair amount of space, but it is mostly filled with the things we need for our daily work. It is not a polished or shiny environment by any means. There is often a bit of dust coming in from the street, so we are constantly wiping down our desks and equipment. We are a small team and most of us have been with the company for a long time. We all know each other's business and habits after all this time. There is a real sense of familiarity among us, and we don't really have a hierarchy that anyone pays much attention to. We start our day quite early to make the most of the cooler morning hours before the heat of the afternoon sets in. In the winter, the office can get quite chilly, so we all sit with our jackets on. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually bring our own lunch or get something from the local vendors nearby. It is a very grounded and practical place to work. We just focus on keeping our operations running smoothly every day.
