Ibm India (Global Delivery)

Working out of Sector 9 in Faridabad is different from being in a big glass tower. House No. 2367 is where we are based, and it feels more like a neighborhood spot than a giant office. Ibm India (Global Delivery) keeps us busy, but the atmosphere is fairly relaxed. The streets around here are usually lined with cars, and you have to be careful where you park in the mornings. We have a small setup inside, enough for the desks and the servers we need to keep running. Most of us live nearby, which makes the commute easier than going all the way into Delhi. The power goes out sometimes, but the generator usually kicks in before it gets too hot. Lunch is usually whatever someone brought from home or a quick bite from the local market. We spend a lot of time on calls, talking to people in different time zones, so the office is often quiet during the day and busier late at night. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really complains as long as the internet is fast. It's a practical way to work, really. We see the same neighbors every day and the mailman knows exactly where to drop the packages. It's just a bunch of us handling the global delivery tasks from this corner of Faridabad. We like the quiet pace of this specific block.
