Our office is located in a house in Sector 21 D in Faridabad. It’s House Number 591, which is a quiet residential part of the N.I.T. area. It feels more like a home than a business, which we actually prefer. We have the ground floor set up with some desks and filing cabinets. The neighborhood is nice with some trees and people walking their dogs in the morning. We do our service work from here, mostly on the phones and the internet. It’s a bit of a commute for some of the guys coming from other parts of Haryana, but it’s a steady place to be. We have a small backyard where we sometimes take our breaks to get some fresh air. The water heater in the bathroom takes forever to warm up in the winter. We don’t have a corporate cafeteria, so we just cook some simple stuff or bring our own tiffins. It’s a very laid-back environment, but we get the work done. People sometimes get confused finding the house because the numbering in this sector is a bit weird. We just tell them to look for the blue gate. It’s a simple service business, nothing too complicated. We’ve been here for a few years and the landlord is a decent person. We just keep our heads down, do the paperwork, and help the customers who call us up with their problems.
